Our History

The firm “Van Heerden Van Staden Attorneys” was formed by Percy van Staden and Louwrens van Heerden on 1 June 1991 and has been in existence for thirty years.

Condred Kunzmann joined the firm in March 2000. It is currently located at its offices situated at 308 Brooks street, Menlo Park, Pretoria.

Conrad is an admitted attorney, notary and conveyancer with specialist experience in conveyancing and commercial law spanning over 25 years.

He holds a BLC, LLB (UP) and Dip Tax Prac (Unisa).

Away from work, Conrad enjoys outdoor activities, particularly running and golf.

Lucky Motou

Lucky was admitted as an attorney in 2019 and has a keen interest in conveyancing and general commercial law.

He holds a LLB (Unisa).

Lucky has a keen interest in further pastoral studies.
